The design goal
A traveller choosing a place to stay has several decisions to make: whether the park suits the trip, what it offers and whether the intended dates are available. The design goal was to connect those questions to a clear booking path.
The audience includes international visitors. Language choice therefore belongs alongside the practical information, rather than being a separate task once someone has already started trying to book. The site presents the park to that audience in six languages.
What we built
Availability close to the decision
The website includes online booking with day-by-day availability. Visitors can move from considering the park to checking their stay without treating the site as a brochure that ends at a phone number.
Practical information on the page
Rates, services and reviews are presented on the site. Keeping that material alongside the booking route gives visitors information they can use while deciding, rather than asking them to find it in a separate PDF.
A multilingual visitor journey
The six-language presentation supports the park's international audience. The design treats the ability to understand the offer as part of the booking experience, alongside clear navigation and practical guest information.
A direct way to ask
WhatsApp contact is available throughout the site. It gives a visitor with a specific question a clear route to the business, while online booking remains available for someone ready to choose their stay.
The visitor experience
A visitor can explore the park, read the information in a suitable language, check rates and services, review availability and proceed towards a booking. Someone who needs clarification can contact the park directly. These are complementary paths for different stages of the same decision.
What this project shows
This project shows how a hospitality website can support both planning and booking. The useful design choice is to keep the information that shapes a stay close to the action a traveller wants to take. For another business, the same approach starts with its own guest questions, languages and booking provider.
